Well Grounded Designs

Initial client meeting, advice and expertise is suggested on landscape issues.  A plant list or quick sketch for planting bed, patio or structure.  This could potentially lead to other services.  Hourly rates apply.

Do you already have a nice yard layout, but your garden beds need a tune-up?  Just have a garden designed instead of the whole landscape.  The client will be given a list of plants and a small design of where they need to be placed.  Hourly rates apply. May cost as much as $400 (could be less $, but not more $)

Are you tired of the look of your yard and want some things changed, yet do not want to do the work?  Well Grounded Designs can do a garden or yard flip.  I come in and take out old or ugly plants that you do not want and replace them with plants that fit the garden space.  You may simply need plants with specific light or water requirements.  I will go out and get the plants, place them and dig them in to your existing bed.  You will have an instant garden without lifting a finger.  I will also show you how to maintain your new garden with pruning and watering tips.
Consultation rate $50.00/hour + $40.00/hour for plant shopping, maintainence of cleaning up the bed and hauling away old plants, placing and planting plants, mulch, soil and gravel spread. $40 flat fee of mulch,plant, soil and gravel delivery. All pricing may vary depending on how involved you want to be.  Obviously I will work within the range of your budget.

Don't know what looks good together in the garden?  Confused and overwhelmed shopping at the nursery?  Well Grounded Designs offers personal shopping trips to assist and help you decide on the right type and color of plants that would flourish in your garden beds.  Proper placement of the plants can also be done.  Hourly rate $40.

Pruning, weeding nad planting got you down in the dirt?  Well Grounded will get your yard back into shape.  I can prune shrubs and small trees, weed those messy beds and tidy up those newly clean beds with fresh plantings.  Hourly rate $40

Small Space Design:half of an area of 50 x 100 (typical front yard)     

$500.00:

   $250.00 down, with the remainder due at the presentation of the Final Design.

 Small Space Design includes:  Design Proposal, Preliminary Design, Final Design with Planting Plan, planting list as well as pictures of your actual yard before and after with 2D/3D designs.  Once your plan is implimented we will also come back and give you a winterization consulattion. 

Large Space Design:area of 50 x 100 or greater (typical lot size-front and back yard) 

$725.00:

   $400.00 down, with the remainder due at the presentation of the Final Design.

Large Space Design includes:  Design Proposal, Preliminary Design, Final design with Planting Plan, planting list and pictures of your actual spaces before and after with 2D/3D designs. After your plans are implimented we will come back and give you a winterization consultation.
